|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الخبرات العالمية المطبقة في تقنيات تحسين كفاءة الإنفاق لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية في التعليم، وبناء نموذج مقترح لتفعيل تقنيات تحسين كفاءة الإنفاق لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية في وزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء تلك التجارب. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى استعراض عدد من التجارب العالمية التي تعكس تنوع التقنيات المستخدمة لتحسين كفاءة الإنفاق لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية في دول العالم ما بين تقنية مالية وتقنية تعليمية وتقنية إدارية، وأن دول العالم الفقيرة قبل الغنية أصبحت تتنافس في استخدامها لإيجاد حلول ابتكارية تتناسب مع واقعها وقدراتها وتدعمها في سد فجوة تمويل التعليم وتحسين كفاءة الإنفاق عليه، كما تم بناء نموذج مقترح لتفعيل تقنيات تحسين كفاءة الإنفاق لتحقيق الاستدامة المالية بوزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية.
|b The study aimed to identify global experiences applied in spending efficiency improvement techniques to achieve financial sustainability in education, and to build a proposed model to activate spending efficiency improvement techniques to achieve financial sustainability in the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of these experiences. The study concluded by reviewing a number of global experiences that reflect the diversity of techniques used to improve spending efficiency to achieve financial sustainability in the countries of the world between financial technology, educational technology and administrative technology, and that poor countries before rich countries have become competing in using them to find innovative solutions that suit their reality and capabilities and support them in bridging the education financing gap and improving spending efficiency on it. A proposed model was also built to activate spending efficiency improvement techniques to achieve financial sustainability in the Ministry of Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
