|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر الإدارة الرشيقة في تقليص الهدر المدرسي في مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، فطبقت الاستبانة المحكمة على عينة عشوائية بلغت (274) مدير ومديرة في مدارس التعليم العام بالمدينة المنورة؛ وخلصت نتائج البحث إلى أن تطبيق أدوات الإدارة الرشيقة (التعددية- التحسين المستمر- تنظيم موقع العمل- لين ستة سيجما) له أثر عكسي على الهدر المدرسي، حيث يقلص تطبيق الإدارة الرشيقة الهدر المدرسي، وأوصى البحث بنشر الوعي بأهمية الإدارة الرشيقة في تجويد العمل وتقليص الهدر المدرسي عن طريق التدريب على ممارسات الإدارة الرشيقة وعقد ورش عمل لتقليص الهدر.
|b The research aimed to identify the impact of lean management in reducing school waste in public education schools in Medina. The research used a descriptive approach, so a controlled questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (274) male and female principals in public education schools in Medina. The results of the research concluded that the application of lean management tools (pluralism- continuous improvement- workplace organization- Lean Six Sigma) has an adverse effect on school waste, as the application of lean management reduces school waste. The research recommended spreading awareness of the importance of lean management in improving work and reducing Reducing school waste through training on lean management practices and holding workshops to reduce waste.
