المستخلص: من المعروف أن التكامل في الدفاع والهجوم والقدرة على تحقيق مستوى عال من الأداء وقابلية اللعب بشكل جيد وإتقان فنون طرائق اللعب تعد مطلبا هاما في كرة اليد يتوقف بنجاح أي فريق وتقدمه على توفرها ولكن يبقى التساؤل على توفر أي من الصفات البدنية أكثر من غيرها يتوقف هذا النجاح لذا وقع الاختيار على صفتين بدنيتين مهمتين في اللعبة، هما القوة المميزة بالسرعة والسرعة الحركية وتأتي أهمية البحث في الكشف من أي من مراكز اللعب المختلفة في كرة اليد تمتلك أحداهما تبين الصفتين أكثر من غيرها، لذا تكمن مشكلة البحث في تحديد أي من مراكز اللعب المختلفة في كرة اليد ويحتاج صفتين القوة المميزة بالسرعة والسرعة الحركية أكثر من غيرها، وكانت الأهداف هي التعرف على مستوى القوة المميزة بالسرعة لدى لاعبي فريق جامعة العين بكرة اليد، والتعرف على مستوى السرعة الحركية لدى فريق جامعة العين بكرة اليد، والتعرف على الفروقات بين مراكز اللعب المختلفة بكرة اليد في صفة القوة المميزة بالسرعة وعلى الفروقات بين مراكز اللعب المختلفة في صفة السرعة الحركية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد في جامعة العين، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة ويهدف هذا المنهج إلى جميع البيانات ومحاولة اختيار الفروض والإجابة على الأسئلة، واختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وقد تمثلت بلاعبي فريق كرة اليد للاعبي نادي كميت الرياضي والبالغ عددهم (15) لاعبا من أصل (20) لاعبا اشترك في التصفيات وبذلك تكون العينة قد شكلت نسبة (75%) من المجموع الأصلي، ومن أهم الاستنتاجات يمتلك لاعبو كرة اليد في جامعة العين سرعة حركية جيدة تراوحت بين (3,48- 3,59/ ثا).

It is known that integration in defense and attack and the ability to achieve a high level of performance and the ability to play well and master the arts of playing methods are an important requirement in handball. The success of any team and its progress depend on their availability, but the question remains on the availability of which of the physical qualities more than others. This success depends, so the choice fell on two important physical qualities in the game, which are the strength distinguished by speed and motor speed. The importance of the research comes in discovering which of the different playing positions in handball possesses one of them that shows the two qualities more than others. Therefore, the problem of the research lies in determining which of the different playing positions in handball needs two qualities, strength distinguished by speed and motor speed more than others. The goals were to identify the level of strength distinguished by speed among the players of the Al Ain University handball team, and to identify the level of motor speed among the Al Ain University handball team, and to identify The differences between the different playing positions in handball in the characteristic of strength characterized by speed and on the differences between the different playing positions in the characteristic of motor speed among handball players at Al Ain University, the researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method to suit the nature of the problem. This approach aims to collect data and try to choose hypotheses and answer the questions. The research sample was chosen intentionally and represented the players of the handball team for the players, numbering (15) players out of (20) players who participated in the qualifiers. Thus, the sample constituted a percentage of (75%) of the original total. One of the most important conclusions is that the handball players at Al Ain University have good motor speed ranging between (3.48- 3.59/ sec).
