|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مساهمة الرياضة في تحسين مهارات التواصل وعلاقتها بالخجل الاجتماعي، اعتمد المنهج الوصفي، اعتمدت العينة المتاحة وبلغت 138 تلميذ (م1 = 46، م2 = 46، م3 = 46)، استخدم مقياس مهارات التواصل ومقياس الخجل الاجتماعي، توصلت الدراسة إلى: توجد علاقة عكسية متوسطة بين مهارات التواصل والخجل الاجتماعي لدى المجموعات الثلاثة، توجد فروق بين (م1 وم 2)، (م1 وم3)، لا توجد فروق بين م2 وم3، نستنتج أن ممارسة حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية تساهم في تنمية مهارات التواصل وتخفض من درجة الخجل الاجتماعي.
|b The study aimed to reveal the contribution of sports to improving communication skills and their relationship to social shyness. The descriptive approach was adopted, sample available (138) divided into 3g (M1 = M2 = M3 = 46). The communication skills scale and the social shyness scale. The study concluded: There is a moderate inverse relationship. Between communication skills and social shyness in the three groups, there are differences between (M1 and M 2) , (M1 and M 3) , and there are no differences between (M2 and M3). We conclude that practicing physical education and sports class contributes to the development of communication skills, and reduces Degree of social shyness.
