|a في هذه الدراسة نحاول تتبع مسار المورد البشري في سونلغاز وكيفية إدارته وسيرورته حيث تعد مؤسسة سونلغاز (شركة إنتاج وتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز) من المؤسسات الرائدة في الجزائر ومرجعية لدى العديد منها خاصة في إدارة الموارد المختلفة، بداية من التوظيف والاستقطاب وصولا للتكوين واحتواء ثقافته وقيمه ودور القيادة الإدارية في كل ذلك استعملت في الدراسة كل الخطوات المنهجية كالعينة والمنهج والملاحظة وكذا الاستمارة كتقنية لجمع المعلومات لتوضع في جداول ونقوم بتحليلها لنتوصل في الأخير إلى نتائج نوردها في هذه المداخلة.
|b In this study we try to know and track the course of the human resource in Sonelgaz and how to manage it and its behavior and the Sonelgaz Corporation (production and distribution company of electricity and gas) is one of the leading institutions in Algeria and a reference to many of them, especially in the management of various resources, from employment and polarization to training and containment of its culture, values and role of management leadership in all of this, used in the study all the methodological steps such as sample, method, observation and such form as a technology to collect information to be put in tables and analyze them to reach the final conclusions. We include it in this intervention.
