|a أحدثت تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال مع مطلع القرن الحالي تحولات كبيرة على كل المستويات، الأمر الذي فتح الباب أمام مجالات بحثية جديدة ظهرت معها مفاهيم ومواضيع لم تعرفها الموسوعات والدوائر المعرفية فيما قبل؛ كالفضاء السيبراني، والمجتمع الافتراضي، ووسائط التواصل الاجتماعي، والاقتصاد الرقمي، والإدارة الإلكترونية، واقتصاد المعرفة...... على أن المحرك الرئيسي لكل هذه المواضيع هو مفهوم نظم المعلومات الحديثة والذي سيكون لاحقا حجر الأساس لما بات يعرف بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وعليه تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على مفهوم نظم المعلومات وأهميتها وكذا دورها الوازن في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للإدارة الجزائرية.

However, the main driver for all of these topics is the concept of modern information systems, which will later be the cornerstone of what has become known as artificial intelligence, and accordingly this paper attempts The research sheds light on the concept of information systems and their importance, as well as their significant role in improving the functional performance of the Algerian administration.
