المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى متطلبات بيئة العمل الداخلية وعلاقتها بتحسين جودة اتخاذ القرارات لشركة توزيع الكهرباء في قطاع غزة، ووظفت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وحدد المجتمع المستهدف من الموظفين الإداريين بشركة توزيع الكهرباء بقطاع غزة والبالغ عددهم (40) موظفا وموظفة وفق إحصائيات شؤون الموظفين في شركة الكهرباء بقطاع غزة (2022)، وتم توزيع أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم استخدام الحصر الشاملة، وتوزيع (40) استبانة على موظفي شركة توزيع الكهرباء بقطاع غزة، وتم استرداد (40) استبانة بنسبة (100%)، وتم تفريغها وتحليلها باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية SPSS, v26. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج: أهمها أن مستوى متطلبات بيئة العمل الداخلية لدى شركة توزيع الكهرباء في قطاع غزة مرتفع بوزن نسبي (82.7%)، وأن مستوى جودة اتخاذ القرارات مرتفع بوزن نسبي (83.8)، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد بيئة العمل الداخلية عن طريق نموذج ماكينزي (الاستراتيجية، الهيكل، النظم، المهارات، أسلوب الإدارة، العاملين، القيم) وجودة اتخاذ القرارات.

This study aimed to identify the requirements of the internal work environment and its relationship to improving the quality of decision-making for the Electricity Distribution Company in the Gaza Strip. The study used the descriptive-analytical method, and the target population was identified as the administrative employees of the Electricity Distribution Company in the Gaza Strip, numbering (40) employees according to the statistics of the Personnel Affairs Department in the Electricity Company in the Gaza Strip (2022). Regarding the study tool, A questionnaire was distributed, and the comprehensive inventory method was used, with (40) questionnaires distributed to the employees of the electricity distribution company in the Gaza Strip. All (40) questionnaires were retrieved with a rate of (100%), which were emptied and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package, v26. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The level of requirements of the internal work environment in the electricity distribution company in the Gaza Strip is high, with a relative weight of (82.7%). The level of quality of decision-making is high, with a relative weight of (83.8%). There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the internal work environment through the McKinsey model (strategy, structure, systems, skills, management style, employees, values) and the quality of decision-making.
