|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور العملية التدريبية في بناء المنظمة المتعلمة، وقد أجريت الدراسة على مؤسسة التومي عبد القادر لصناعة اللوازم المدرسية والمكتبية- باتنة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد عينة الدراسة والتي بلغ عددها (60) مفردة، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: - توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية، المدرب، المادة التدريبية البيئة التدريبية ومتابعة وتقييم التدريب بمؤسسة التومي عبد القادر وأبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة.
|b This study aims to identify the role of the training process in the construction of a learning organization, the study was conducted on the establishment Toumi Abdel Kader manufactory of school and offices supplies in Batna. In order to achieve the objectives of this study we used a questionnaire to collect data from the individuals in the study sample, this sample was composed of 60 individuals, we also used the statistical package program for science (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data. The study revealed a series of results including: There is a statistically significant relationship between the identification of training needs, the coach, the training content, the training environment, the monitoring and evaluation of training in Toumi Abdel Kader Institution and the dimensions of the learning organization.
