|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع متطلبات إدارة المعرفة لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بجامعة سوق أهراس، ومعرفة الفروق الإحصائية لاستجابات أفراد العينة حول متطلبات إدارة المعرفة تعزى لكل من السن، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة قصدية تتكون من 25 أستاذا، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان وأهم النتائج المتحصل عليها كانت لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة α ≤ 0.05 حول متطلبات إدارة المعرفة لدى أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ومن أهم التوصيات وجوب وجود ثقافة تنظيمية ملائمة وداعمة لتشارك وتقاسم المعرفة.
|b This study aims to highlight the reality of the knowledge management requirements of the professors of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of Souk Ahras, and to know the statistical differences of the responses of the sample members about the requirements of knowledge management attributable to each of the age, scientific qualification, years of experience, and the researchers used the descriptive method on an intentional sample consisting Of the 25 professors, and the questionnaire was used, and the most important results obtained, there were no statistically significant differences at a significance level of α ≤ 0.05 about the knowledge management requirements of the professors of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities due to the gender variable, and among the most important recommendations is the necessity of an appropriate and supportive organizational culture To share and share knowledge.
