Through this scientific paper, our aim is to develop counseling practice in the Algerian school environment to keep pace with current technological advancements and align with the e-learning system. This involves remotely supporting students psychologically and educationally using artificial intelligence techniques. We relied on a theoretical methodology and drew on previous studies and relevant theoretical literature related to the topic of this research. We presented the proposed model for the electronic counseling platform, which is based on artificial intelligence algorithms. The results show that the electronic counseling platform provides a range of interactive counseling services to help students build their future personal projects. The mechanisms for implementing this involve adopting this designed platform using artificial intelligence algorithms in a dynamic digital environment.
