|a إن لبنك الجزائر الدور المحوري في مراقبة حركة رؤوس الأموال من والى الجزائر، وذلك من خلال ما يسلطه من رقابة على سوق الصرف باعتباره مؤسسها. ويتمحور جوهر الرقابة في تحقيق نمو الاقتصاد الوطني وفق ما يتماشى من شروط وإجراءات قانونية تحمي وتنظم حركة رؤوس الأموال من وإلى الجزائر. كما يسعى بنك الجزائر من خلال صلاحية رقابته لحركة رؤوس الأموال إلى توفير الاستقرار الداخلي والخارجي للصرف حماية له وتنظيما لحركته.

The essence of supervision revolves around achieving the growth of the national economy in accordance with the conditiobs, and legal procedures that protected and regulate the movement of capital to and from Algeria. The Bank of Algeria also seeks, through its control over the movement of capital, to provide internal and external stability for the exchange to protect it and regulate its movement.
