|a تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على كيفية استخدام التعليم عن بعد في الجامعات في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 كإحدى الآليات المهمة المتعلقة باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال التي تعتبر أحد اهم التوجهات العصرية في إدارة الأزمات، لاسيما أنها عامل من عوامل التأقلم مع التغييرات، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والأسلوب التحليلي لدراسة تجارب عدة دول عربية كالسعودية، الإمارات تونس، مصر والجزائر في مرحلة أثناء أزمة الكورونا إضافة لمحاولة توضيح التحديات التي واجهت الجامعات العربية اعتمادا على تجربة الجزائر. ومن بين اهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن التعليم عن بعد آلية مهمة لاستمرار التعليم في كل الأطوار والتعليم الجامعي خاصة والحفاظ على جودته واستمرار عملية التعلم في ظل الأزمات.
|b This research paper aims to shed light on how to use distance education in universities in light of the Covid 19 pandemic as one of the important mechanisms related to the use of information technologies and communication, which is considered one of the most important modern trends in crisis. management, especially since it is a factor of adaptation to change. On the descriptive approach and the analytical method to study the experiences of several Arab countries such as Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Tunisia, Egypt and Algeria at a stage of the Corona crisis, in addition to trying to clarify the challenges faced by Arab universities based on the experience of Algeria. One of the most important conclusions of the study is that distance education is an important mechanism for the continuation of education in all phases, university education in particular, the maintenance of its quality and the continuation of the process of learning in the light of crises.
