|a هدف البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق التميز المدرسي في المعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة، واعتمد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واقتصر البحث الحالي على اختيار عينة من شيوخ المعاهد والمعلمين، والوكلاء بالمعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية في محافظات قنا، والقاهرة، والبحيرة، والمنوفية الأزهرية، خلال العام الدراسي ۲۰۲۲/ ۲۰۲۳م واستخدم البحث الحالي استبانة للتعرف على واقع توافر متطلبات تحقيق التميز المدرسي في المعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية، وتوصل البحث إلى أن تحقيق التميز المدرسي في المعاهد الثانوية الأزهرية في ضوء بعض النماذج المعاصرة يتطلب تحقيق التميز في مجالات القيادة، والتخطيط، والخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع، والموارد البشرية والشراكة والموارد، وإدارة العمليات والمنتجات، واستخدام أنظمة التكنولوجيا الرقمية، والفاعلية التعليمية، والتغلب على معوقات تحقيق التميز المدرسي المعوقات الإدارية التنظيمية، والمعوقات البشرية، والمعوقات المالية، والمعوقات التقنية.
|b The research aimed to achieve school excellence in Al-Azhar secondary institutes in light of some contemporary models, and relied on the descriptive analytical approach. The current research was limited to selecting a sample of institute sheikhs, teachers, and deputies in Al-Azhar secondary institutes in the governorates of Qena, Cairo, Beheira, and Al-Menoufia, during Academic year 2022/ 2023 AD. The current research used a questionnaire to identify the reality of achieving school excellence in Al-Azhar secondary institutes. The research concluded that achieving School excellence in Al-Azhar secondary institutes in light of some contemporary models requires achieving excellence in the areas of leadership, planning and services provided to the community, human resources, partnership and resources, process and product management, use of digital technology systems, educational effectiveness, and overcoming obstacles to achieving school excellence, organizational administrative obstacles, Human obstacles, financial obstacles and technical obstacles.
