المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن مدى إسهام بعض أبعاد رأس المال النفسي في التنبؤ بأبعاد العمل العاطفي، وكذلك الكشف عن تأثير متغيري النوع (ذكور إناث) والعمر (أقل من 40- أكبر من 40 عام) على رأس المال النفسي (الدرجة الكلية والأبعاد) وأبعاد العمل العاطفي، وقد أجري البحث على عينة قوامها (٢٧٧) معلما ومعلمة بواقع (١٤٦) إناث و(١٣١) ذكور، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (24- ٥٩) عاما بمتوسط عمر زمني (45.70) وانحراف معياري (٧.٨٣)، وتحقيقا لهذه الأهداف تم تطبيق مقياس رأس المال النفسي ومقياس العمل العاطفي (إعداد الباحثون)، وأسفرت النتائج عن تنبؤ بعدي المرونة والعلاقات الإيجابية ببعد التمثيل السطحي، وتنبؤ أبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية والمرونة والعلاقات الإيجابية بالتمثيل العميق والتعبير عن المشاعر الطبيعية، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (٠.٠١) تعزى لمتغير النوع في بعد العلاقات الإيجابية لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الدرجة الكلية لرأس المال النفسي وأبعاد (الكفاءة الذاتية الأمل المرونة) تعزى لمتغير النوع، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في أبعاد العمل العاطفي تعزى لمتغير النوع، كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (٠.٠٥) تعزى لمتغير العمر (أقل من 40 أكبر من 40 عام) لصالح المعلمين أكبر من (٤٠) عام في بعدي الكفاءة الذاتية والمرونة بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدرجة الكلية لرأس المال النفسي وبعدي الأمل والعلاقات الإيجابية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير العمر في أبعاد العمل العاطفي.

The current research aims to reveal the extent to which some dimensions of psychological capital contribute to predicting dimensions of emotional labor , as well as revealing the effect of gender variables (males_ females) and age (less than 40_more than 40 years) on psychological capital (total score and dimensions) and dimensions of emotional labor, The research was conducted on a sample of (277) male and female teachers, (146) females and (131) males, whose ages ranged between (24_59) years with an average chronological age of (45.70) and standard deviation (7.83 ), and to achieve these goals, the psychological capital scale and the emotional labor scale were applied (prepared by the researchers), and the results resulted in predicting the dimensions of resilience and positive relations with the dimension of Surface Acting , and predicting the dimensions of self-efficacy, resilience and positive relations with deep acting and Expression of Naturally Felt Emotions . The results also indicated the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) attributed to the gender variable in the dimension of positive relations in favor of females, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological capital and the dimensions (self-efficacy_ hope_ resilience ) attributed to the gender variable. The results also showed the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers’ scores in the dimensions of emotional labor attributed to the gender variable, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) attributed to the age variable (less than 40_more than 40 years) in favor of teachers older than (40) years in the dimensions of self-efficacy and resilience, while there were no statistically significant differences in the total score of psychological capital and the dimensions of hope and positive relations, and the absence of significant differences Statistic attributed to the age variable in the dimensions of emotional labor.
