|a هدف البحث إلى بيان الفروق في أراء مديري مدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية حول واقع تدريبهم في ضوء المنظمة المتعلمة لواتكنز ومارسك وفق متغيرات الإدارة التعليمية/ المؤهل العلمي/ الخبرة). استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في مديري مدارس التعليم العام بالإدارات العامة للتعليم (الرياض – الطائف - حائل – عسير - الأحساء)، وكانت العينة ٤٠٠ فرداً، واعتمد البحث الاستبانة أداة رئيسة لجمع بيانات بحثه. وكان من أهم نتائج البحث: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد الدراسة بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة تبعاً لاختلاف متغيرات (الإدارة التعليمية / المؤهل العلمي / الخبرة). وأوصى البحث بتوعية مديري المدارس بأهمية الانفتاح على الأفكار والخبرات الجديدة في مجال الإدارة والقيادة والاستفادة منها وتقبلها بما يسهم في تطوير العمل المدرسي.
|b The research aimed to show the differences in the opinions of general education school principals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia about the reality of their training in light of the learning organization according to Watkins and Marske according to the variables (educational administration / academic qualification / experience). The researcher used the descriptive survey method and the study population was represented by general education school principals in public administrations. For education (Riyadh - Taif - Hail - Asir - Al-Ahsa), the sample was 400 individuals, and the researcher adopted the questionnaire as the main tool to collect data for his research. One of the most important results of the research was: There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study individuals and between the averages of the responses of the study individuals according to the differences in the variables (educational administration / academic qualification / experience). The research recommended educating school principals about the importance of being open to new ideas and experiences in the field of management and leadership, benefiting from them, and accepting them in a way that contributes to the development of school work.
