يعتبر أحد العناصر الأساسية التي تسهم بشكل كبير في دفع عجلة الإبداع الإداري داخل المنظمات والمؤسسات، ويشمل هذا الرأس المال المزيج الفريد من المعرفة والخبرات والمهارات والابتكارات التي يمتلكها الأفراد داخل المؤسسة عندما يتم تطوير هذا الرأس المال الفكري بشكل مستمر، يتاح للأفراد فرصة التعبير عن أفكار جديدة وحلول مبتكرة للتحديات المختلفة، مما يعزز من القدرة التنافسية والمرونة التنظيمية، وبالتالي يصبح استثمار المنظمات في رأس المال الفكري أمرًا حيويا لتحقيق النمو المستدام والابتكار الفعال مما يدفعها إلى الريادة في مجالاتها ويعزز من قدرتها على التكيف مع المتغيرات السريعة في بيئة الأعمال. واستهدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على "رأس المال الفكري وعلاقته بالإبداع الإداري لدي موجهي التربية الرياضية" من خلال التعرف على واقع رأس المال الفكري لدى موجهي التربية الرياضية من خلال قياس أبعاد رأس المال الفكري (البشري- الهيكلي- العلاقات) ، وكذلك التعرف على واقع الإبداع الإداري لدى موجهي التربية الرياضية من خلال قياس أبعاد الإبداع الإداري (الطلاقة الفكرية- الأصالة- المرونة الذهنية- قبول المخاطرة- إدراك التفاصيل- القدرة علي التحليل- الحساسية للمشكلات)، لتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي واستخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة ، وبلغت عينة الدراسة الأساسية (۱۸) والإستطلاعية (١٥) موجه تربية رياضية، وأسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج أهمها توافر رأس المال الفكري بشكل متوسط بدى موجهي التربية الرياضية، وكذلك توافر الإبداع الإداري لدى عينة البحث بدرجة أعلى من المتوسط، كما توصلت الدراسة لوجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية موجبة بين رأس المال الفكري والإبداع الإداري لدى موجهي التربية الرياضية وأن الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري وتحسينه يؤثر بشكل إيجابي ومباشر على الإبداع الإداري لدى عينة البحث.
It is considered one of the basic elements that contribute significantly to driving administrative creativity within organizations and institutions, and this capital includes the unique combination of knowledge, experiences, skills and innovations that individuals possess within the organization. When this intellectual capital is continuously developed, individuals have the opportunity to express new ideas and innovative solutions to various challenges, which enhances competitiveness and organizational flexibility, and thus organizations' investment in intellectual capital becomes vital to achieving sustainable growth. And effective innovation, which drives it to lead in its fields and enhances its ability to adapt to the rapid changes in the business environment. The current study aimed to identify "intellectual capital and its relationship to administrative creativity among physical education mentors" by identifying the reality of intellectual capital among physical education mentors by measuring the dimensions of intellectual capital (human structural relations), as well as identifying the reality of administrative creativity among physical education mentors by measuring the dimensions of administrative creativity (intellectual fluency- originality mental flexibility risk acceptance perception of details the ability to analyze sensitivity to problems), To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect study data, and the sample of the basic study (18) and the poll (15) physical education mentor, and the study resulted in results, the most important of which is the availability of intellectual capital in an average manner that physical education mentors seemed, as well as the availability of administrative creativity among the research sample to a higher degree than the average, and the study also found apositive statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and administrative creativity among physical education mentors and that attention to capital Intellectual and improving it positively and directly affects the administrative creativity of the research sample.
