|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على آليات تطوير أداء مدير المدرسة الابتدائية في ضوء مدخل مجتمعات التعلم المهني، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتضمنت الدراسة: الإطار النظري لتطوير أداء مدير المدرسة الابتدائية في ضوء مدخل مجتمعات التعلم المهني والأداءات التي يمكن تطويرها في ضوء مدخل مجتمعات التعلم المهني. كما تم استخدام استبانة للوقوف على بعض الأداءات التي يمكن تطويرها لمدير المدرسة الابتدائية في ضوء مدخل مجتمعات التعلم المهني، وتلا ذلك الدراسة الميدانية وأسفرت الدراسة عن نتائج أهمها: لتطوير أداء مدير المدرسة يجب عليه أن يتعامل بشفافية ويتبني رؤية للمدرسة واضحة ويشجع على التنمية المهنية ويتبني العمل الفريقي، ويعد خططا للتحسين والتطوير المستمر.
