|a تستخدم أشجار اللوسينيا Leucaena leucocephala عادة لإعادة تشجير الأراضي المتدهورة. غير أنها أدرجت حديثا ضمن 100 نوع من الأنواع الغريبة الغازية على مستوى العالم، ولا نتشارها السريع في منطقة الجبل الأخضر، أجريت تجربتان (مختبريه- أصص) بهدف اختبار التضاد الكيميائي للمستخلصات المائية بتركيز (10, 15, 20%) والمسحوق الخام المضاف للتربة بتركيز 10% من (وراق- بذور- لحاء) أشجار اللوسينيا على إنبات وتطور شتلات نبات الشعير صنفي (محلي- أكساد) أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق معنوية عالية في خفض النسبة المئوية للإنبات، واختزال أطوال الجذير والرويشة، للصنفين، كما بينت نتائج إضافة المسحوق الخام انخفاض النسبة المئوية لظهور الشتلات وأطوال المجموعين الجذري والخضري والأوزان الطازجة للشتلات، للصنفين مقارنة بالشاهد، كما تسببت الأوراق والبذور في زيادة تركيز الكلوروفيل (أ، ب) والكاروتينات، بينما انخفض محتوى الكلوروفيل والكاروتينات بإضافة مسحوق اللحاء للصنفين، ويلاحظ أن أكبر نسب تثبيطية كانت للأوراق، وأن الصنف أكساد هو الأكثر حساسية.
|b Leucaena leucocephala (Lam.) is used for afforestation in degraded lands, however, it was recently included among the 100 species of invasive aliens globally, and because of speed spread in Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar, Two experiments were conducted (laboratory- pots) to test Allelopathy effects of aqueous extracts at concentrations of (10, 15 and 20%), adding the Crude powder to soil at a concentration of 10% of (leaves, seeds, and bark) Leucaena leucocephala on the germination of seeds and the development of seedlings of two barley cultivars (local- Acsad), The results showed were significant differences in the reduction of germination percentage, reduction of radicle and plumule lengths of two cultivars. The results of adding the crude powder also showed a decrease significantly of the emergence percentage of seedlings, root and shoot system lengths, and fresh weights of seedlings of two cultivars compared to the control. The leaves and seeds also caused an increase in the concentration of chlorophyll (a, b) and carotenoids, while the content of chlorophyll and carotenoids decreased by adding a bark powder of two cultivars. The leaves extract had the highest inhibition rates. Acsad cultivar was more sensitive.
