|a الروبية من النباتات ذات خصائص علاجية متعددة ومهمة ومتعارف على فاعليتها منذ القدم لاستخدامها الواسع ولقد أجريت العديد من الدراسات تثبت فاعليتها في المجالات الكيميائية والبيولوجية وفى الصناعات الدوائية والمضادة للأكسدة والميكروبات، وأهتمت هذه الورقة بدراسة المواد الفعالة الموجودة في مستخلص هذه النبتة وكذلك استخدامها كمادة حافظة للأقراص اللحم الدجاج المفروم، وأوضحت النتائج المتحصل عليها أن مسحوق أوراق نبات الروبية له تأثير مثبط على العدد الكلي للبكتيريا وكذلك بكتيريا القولون عند استخدامه كمادة حافظة للأقراص اللحم الدجاج المفروم، وأظهرت نتائج الكشف النوعي للمواد الفعالة على المستخلص المائي لأوراق نبتة الروبية حيث لوحظ احتوائه على مواد فعالة هي (التانينات والفينولات والفلافونيدات والصابونيات والجليكوسيدات والرتنجات وكذلك القلويدات.
|b Marrubium Vulgare is a plant with multiple and important therapeutic properties, and its effectiveness has been known since ancient times for its wide use. Many studies have been conducted proving its effectiveness in the chemical and biological fields and in the pharmaceutical, antioxidant and microbial industries. This paper was concerned with studying the active substances found in the extract of this plant, as well as its use as a preservative for meat tablets. Minced chicken. The results obtained showed that the powder of the leaves of the Marrubium Vulgare plant has an inhibitory effect on the total count of bacteria as well as colon bacteria when used as a preservative for minced chicken meat tablets. The results of the qualitative detection of the active substances on the aqueous extract of the leaves of the Marrubium Vulgare plant showed that it was noted that it contains active substances: (tannins, phenols, flavonoids, saponins, glycosides, resins, as well as alkaloids
