|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الإدارة بالتجوال بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، واشتمل مجتمع البحث على جميع العاملين بالمرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، وعينة عددها (400) مفردة، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل إلى نتائج تطبيق الإدارة بالتجوال التي أظهرتها الاستبانة أن هناك تفاوتًا في فعالية الأبعاد الفرعية المختلفة. "التحفيز" جاء في المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط وزني قدره 1.96، مما يشير إلى أن هذا الجانب يحظى بأهمية نسبية في الإدارة بالتجوال ويؤثر بشكل إيجابي على الأداء. ومع ذلك، درجة التحقق المتوسطة تشير إلى أنه لا يزال هناك مجال لتعزيز هذا البعد لضمان تحقيق أفضل النتائج، على الجانب الآخر، جاء "الاتصال التربوي" في المرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط وزني قدره 1.74، و"المتابعة والرقابة" في المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة بمتوسط وزني قدره 1.67. كلا البعدين تحققا بدرجة متوسطة أيضًا، مما يدل على وجود بعض القصور في تنفيذ هذه الجوانب بالشكل المطلوب. هذه النتائج تسلط الضوء على الحاجة إلى تحسين التواصل بين الإدارة والمعلمين، وكذلك تعزيز آليات المتابعة والرقابة لضمان فعالية أكبر في تطبيق الإدارة بالتجوال، بشكل عام تشير النتائج إلى أن الإدارة بالتجوال في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي تحقق بعض النجاحات، لكنها تحتاج إلى تعزيزات في مجالات الاتصال التربوي والمتابعة والرقابة لرفع مستوى الأداء وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة بشكل أكثر فعالية.
|b The research aimed to identify the reality of roaming management in primary education schools in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate. The research community included all primary school workers in Kafr El- Sheikh governorate, and a sample of (400) individuals. The research relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and reached the results of the application of roaming management that the questionnaire showed that there is a disparity in the effectiveness of the various sub-dimensions ."Motivation" came first with a weighted average of 1.96, indicating that this aspect is of relative importance in roaming management and positively affects performance. However, an average check score indicates that there is still room to strengthen this dimension to ensure the best results are achieved, on the other hand, "educational communication" came in third with a weighted average of 1.74, and follow-up and control" came in fourth and last with a weighted average of 1.67. Both dimensions were achieved to a moderate degree as well, indicating some deficiencies in the implementation of these aspects as required. These results highlight the need to improve communication between the administration and teachers, as well as strengthen follow-up and control mechanisms to ensure greater effectiveness in the application of roaming administration. In general, the results indicate that roaming administration in primary education schools achieves some successes, but it needs reinforcements in the areas of educational communication, follow- up and control to raise the level of performance and achieve the desired goals more effectively.
