المستخلص: فإنَّ أبا العلاء صَاعِدَ بن الحسن الرَّبَعِيَّ البَغْدَادِيَّ من علماء القرن الرابع الهجري، عالم جليل وأديب فذ، واسع الحفظ والاطلاع، اشتهر وعُرف بكتابه الفصوص ذلك الكتاب القيم الذي يعد نوعًا من التأليف الموسوعي الجامع لعدد من الفنون اللغوية والأدبية، وهو نهج سلكه قبل صاعد كثير من اللغويين: كأبي عثمان الجاحظ في كتابه "البيان والتبيين"، وأبي العباس المبرِّد في كتابه "الكامل" ... وغيرهما ممن سلك هذا المسلك الموسوعي في الأدب واللغة والأخبار، والحكم والأنساب. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تناول اللغات التي أوردها صاعد البغدادي، وتُشكّل ظاهرة بارزة في تراثه؛ وقد وثّق صاعد عدد من اللغات منسوبة إلى قبائلها، وقد تنوعت إلى عدة مستويات منها: المستوى الدلالي، والمستوى الصوتي، والمستوى الصرفي. ولم يكتف صاعد بإيراد اللغات بل حكم على بعض اللغات وكان معياره في الحكم عليها هو القياس، واتَّبع البصريين في تشدّدهم في الحكم على لغات القبائل، ونعتها بعدة صفات منها: شاذة، أو ضعيفة، أو قبيحة، أو مرغوب عنها. وبناء على ذلك جاء البحث مكونا من مقدمة، وتمهيد يُعرِّف بكتاب الفصوص، وثلاثة مباحث، هي: المبحث الأول: لغات القبائل. المبحث الثاني: توثيق اللغات. المبحث الثالث: تضعيف اللغات. ثم أردفت المباحث بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث، ثم قائمة مصادر البحث ومراجعه ثم الملاحق.

Abu Al-Ala Sa'id bin Al-Hassan Al-Rubai'i Al-Baghdadi is one of the scholars of the fourth century AH, a great scholar and a unique writer, with a wide memory and knowledge. He is famous and known for his book Al-Fusus, that valuable book which is considered a type of encyclopedic composition that includes a number of linguistic and literary arts. It is an approach that many linguists followed before Sa'id: such as Abu Uthman Al-Jahiz in his book "Al-Bayan wa Al-Tabyeen", and Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mubarrad in his book "Al-Kamil"... and others who followed this encyclopedic approach in literature, language, news, wisdom and genealogies. This research aims to address the languages that Sa'id Al-Baghdadi mentioned, which constitute a prominent phenomenon in his heritage; Saed documented a number of languages attributed to their tribes, and they varied to several levels, including: the semantic level, the phonetic level, and the morphological level. Saed did not just cite the languages, but he also judged some languages, and his criterion for judging was analogy, and he followed the Basrans in their strictness in judging the languages of the tribes, and describing them with several qualities, including: anomalous, weak, ugly, or undesirable. Accordingly, the research came consisting of an introduction, a preface that defines the book Al-Fusus, and three sections: Section One: Languages of the tribes. Section Two: Documenting languages. Section Three: Weakening languages. Then the sections were followed by a conclusion in which I explained the most important results reached by the research, then a list of sources- the research and its references, then the appendices.
