المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة مدى تعزيز مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى معلمي الرياضيات في المدارس الإعدادية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي من وجهة نظر المعلمين تبعاً للمتغيرات الجنس سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، عدد الدورات التدريبية، حيث يتناغم البحث مع التوجهات التربوية الحديثة التي تؤكد على أهمية تعزيز التفكير الإبداعي، وتحسين المحتوى التعليمي، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم عمل مسح شامل لكل معلمي الرياضيات في 7 مدارس إعدادية في منطقة المثلث الشمالي وعددهم 49 معلم ومعلمة. وتمثلت أداة البحث في الاستبانة التي تكونت من (30 فقرة) مقسمة على 3 مجالات. وأظهرت النتائج أن للمعلمين دور كبير في تعزيز مهارات التفكير لدى الطلاب، وأن الرياضيات كتخصص يسمح للمعلمين بتوليف مهارات الإبداع، حيث تعتبر الرياضيات بيئة مثمرة لتطوير هذه المهارات كون أن الأنشطة الرياضية تتسم بالمرونة، مما يسمح للطلاب بحل المشكلات بطرق متنوعة، وتتيح التحولات في الصيغ الرياضية فرصا لتنويع الأساليب التعليمية. وفي ظل التحولات المستمرة في الصيغ الرياضية والتعبير الرياضي تعتبر الباحثات ذلك فرصة لتحفيز الطلاب إلى التفكير الإبداعي. كما ويشددن على الحاجة الماسة لفهم مدى تعزيز معلمي الرياضيات لمهارات الإبداع، ويمتثل هذا الدافع لإجراء البحث الحالي الذي يهدف إلى تقدير مدى التزام المعلمين بتعزيز مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلاب وتحسين جودة التعليم في مجال الرياضيات، ويُشير البحث أيضا إلى أهمية هذا السياق خاصة في ظل التطورات الحديثة عصر العولمة والإبداع، وكيف يمكن للمعلمين أن يلعبوا دورًا حيويًا في تحفيز الطلاب على التفكير الإبداعي، مما يساهم في تطوير القدرات والمهارات الحديثة التي يحتاجها الفرد في المستقبل.

This study aims to investigate the extent of the promotion of creative thinking skills among mathematics teachers in preparatory schools in the Northern Triangle area from the perspective of teachers according to the following variables: gender, years of experience, academic qualification, and number of training courses. The study is in line with modern educational trends that emphasize the importance of promoting creative thinking and improving the educational content. The descriptive-analytical approach and a comprehensive survey of all mathematics teachers in 7 preparatory schools in the Triangle area with a total of 49 male and female teachers were used. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of (30 items) divided into 3 areas. The results showed that teachers have a great role in promoting students' thinking skills, and that mathematics as a specialization allows teachers to synthesize creativity skills. Mathematics is considered a fertile environment for developing these skills as mathematical activities are flexible, allowing students to solve problems in various ways. Mathematical formula transformations provide opportunities to diversify teaching methods. In light of the ongoing changes in mathematical formulas and mathematical expression, the researchers consider this an opportunity to motivate students to think creatively. The researchers emphasize the urgent need to understand the extent to which mathematics teachers promote creativity skills. This motivation complies with the current research that aims to assess the extent of teachers' commitment to promoting creative thinking skills among students and improving the quality of education in the field of mathematics. The research also points to the importance of this context, especially in light of modern developments, the era of globalization and creativity, and how teachers can play a vital role in motivating students to think creatively, which contributes to the development of the modern capabilities and skills that an individual needs in the future.
