المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي تعرف متطلبات توظيف مدخل العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات (STEM) في تدريس الموهوبين من وجهة نظر مشرفي ومعلمي الموهوبين بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبانة لجمع المعلومات بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها على عينة مكونة من (۸۹) من مشرفي ومعلمي الموهوبين بالمملكة العربية السعودية لعام ١٤٤٥هـ وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات المتعلقة بـ (المعلمين والطلاب والمحتوى التعليمي والبيئة التعليمية) كانت بدرجة موافقة بشدة وبمتوسطات حسابية على الترتيب (٤,٦٥)، (٤,٢٧)، (٤,٤٧)، (٤,٠٥) وكانت درجة الموافقة على المعوقات بدرجة موافق وبمتوسط حسابي (۳,۹۱) حيث تم ترتيب العبارات في جميع المحاور ترتيبا تنازليا حسب المتوسط الحسابي، كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستور (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المتطلبات اللازمة لتوظيف مدخل STEM في التدريس للموهوبين تعزي لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (٠,٠٥) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول المتطلبات اللازمة لتوظيف مدخل STEM في التدريس للموهوبين تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، وبناء على ذلك أوصي البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها عقد دورات تدريبية لمعلمي ومشرفي الموهوبين والتركز على توظيف مدخل العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات (STEM) في التدريس للموهوبين وتنمية وعي المعلمين بمدخل STEM.

The current research goal is to define the requirements for employing the entrance to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in teaching gifted from the point of view of the talented supervisors and teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia The descriptive analytical approach used the application of a questionnaire to collect information after confirming its sincerity and stability, on a sample consisting of (89) of the supervisors and teachers of the talented in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the year 1445 AH and the results showed that the degree of approval of the study sample members on the requirements related to (teachers, students, The educational content, and the educational environment) was with a degree of great approval and an account average at the ranking (65,4) , (27,4) , (47,4) , (05,4) and the degree of approval of the obstacles was approved and with an average account (91,3 Where the phrases in all axes were arranged in descending arrangement according to the average arithmetic, and the results also reached the presence of statistically significant differences at the Mistam (05,0) between the responses of the members of the study sample about the requirements necessary to employ STEM entrance in teaching for the talented attributing the gender variable for the benefit of male, While the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (05,0) between the responses of the members of the study sample about the requirements for the employment of STEM in teaching for the talented attributed to the variables (the scientific qualification, years of experience) , and accordingly it is recommended to research a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the contract Training courses for gifted teachers and supervisors and focus on employing the entrance to science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in teaching for the gifted and developing teachers' awareness at the STEM entrance.
