|a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الشرطة في حماية الأطفال من مخاطر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة اهتمام أجهزة الشرطة المجتمعية والمتخصصة بتوفير سبل الرعاية والتصدي لكافة مخاطر الإنترنت ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وتلقي وفحص البلاغات، وسرعة اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لدحض هذه المخاطر والجرائم وتوصي الدراسة ب توجيه وتعريف الآباء والقائمين على رعاية الأطفال بأساليب استخدامها، والتعامل معها بأمان. بمعنى إيضاح ما يمكن للأطفال فعله على شبكة الإنترنت، كما نبين المخاطر المرتبطة باستخدامها، والاستراتيجيات التي يمكن الأخذ بها لتقليل المخاطر.
|b The study aimed to identify the role of the police in protecting children from the dangers of social networking sites. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The results of the study showed the interest of community and specialized police agencies in providing care and addressing all the dangers of the Internet and social networking sites, receiving and examining reports, and quickly taking the necessary legal measures to refute these dangers and crimes. The study recommends guiding and informing parents and those responsible for child care about the methods of using them and dealing with them safely. In other words, clarifying what children can do on the Internet, a s we show the risks associated with their use, and the strategies that can be taken to reduce the risks.
