المستخلص: This article aims to determine students’ satisfaction level with online learning and highlight the most common obstacles they faced during the COVID-19 pandemic. To reach this end, a Google Forms questionnaire was sent to forty EFL Master I students at the University of Tizi-Ouzou. Closed-ended questions were analyzed quantitatively using percentages, and open-ended questions were analyzed qualitatively using Thematic Analysis. The results revealed that students were unsatisfied with their online learning experience. Their online learning satisfaction was negatively influenced by the obstacles they encountered. To improve the quality of online learning and increase students’ satisfaction, it is imperative to address these obstacles.
