المستخلص: Many credit establishments are affected by operational risk, underscoring the need to address the new challenges related to controlling this risk. So, how can controls be developed within the framework of the management operational risks. The system implemented at the bank adheres to the rules governing the three levels of control, the distinction between periodic control and permanent control, as well as the level of requirement in terms of own funds. However, the bank must enhance and optimize its system beyond regulatory requirements. It is necessary to make the system more dynamic to ensure that operational staff are more involved in risk management, automat controls and formalize the risk policy to provide a comprehensive view of how controls should be carried out.
