The purpose of this study is to identify the status of the Algerian woman in the labour market in light of the National Employment and Unemployment Survey done in 2019 by studying the development of woman's work under the socio-demographic factors, identifying her different fields of work, and clarifying the motives and reasons that led her out to enter the labour market. Showing the different effects helps us reach solutions to empower workwoman to balance her roles inside and outside the house and prove her career as a valued factor in the development of society at all levels as well. |
