المستخلص: This study aims to build an analytical and theoretical basis for the mechanisms and means of activating food safety in Tunisia, based on the presentation of the theory of persuasive influence known as the theory of the three consequences of Michel LE NID, where we emphasize the issue of the following method of awareness through the use of all communication and media means to spread the reaching and the stage of consumption, finally strengthening the mechanism of Tracking and monitoring using all the necessary means to achieve it, including individuals, media and communication means, in order to avoid falling into health disasters that may threaten the security and food health of citizens, as a result of wrong consumption habits, especially in exceptional circumstances such as the summer season where food poisoning abounds, in addition to the orientation of the general public towards ready-made food and canned food. finally, we present in this work a set of recommendations to be followed to develop food safety protection mechanisms in Tunisia and to be a model for the rest countries.
