|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر بيئة العمل المادية والتي تعتبر أحد أبعاد ضغوط العمل على جودة الخدمات الصحية لمقدمي الخدمات الصحية بالمركز الصحي شهداء رأس الطوبة بمدينة مصراتة، واعتمد الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدما استمارة استبيان أعدت كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، طبقت الاستبانة على عينه بلغت (59) استبانة من مجتمع بلغ حجمه (84) استبانة، حيث وزعت الاستبانات بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، المستلم منها (50) استبانة، وغير المستلم منها (9) استبانات، وتم استبعاد (7) استبانات غير صالحة للدراسة، حيث تم تطبيق الدارسة على (43) استبانة، أي ما كان نسبته تقريبا (51%) من مجتمع البحث، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية والمعروف اختصارا (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لبيئة العمل المادية على جودة الخدمات الصحية من وجهة نظر مقدمي الخدمات الصحية بالمركز الصحي شهداء رأس الطوبة بمدينة مصراتة، بالرغم من أن بيئة العمل غير مناسبة في بعض الجوانب لمقدمي الخدمات الصحية، وكذلك جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمركز ضعيفة في بعض الخدمات.
|b This study aims to know the impact of the physical work environment, which is one of the dimensions of work stress on the quality of health services for health service providers at the Ras Al Toba Martyrs Health Center in the city of Misurata. The researchers relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, using a questionnaire form prepared as a tool for collecting study data. The questionnaire was applied to the sample. There were (59) questionnaires from a population of (84) questionnaires, where the questionnaires were distributed using a simple random sampling method, of which (9) questionnaires were not received, of which (50) questionnaires were received, and (7) questionnaires that were not valid for the study were excluded, as it was applied The study consisted of (43) questionnaires, meaning approximately 51% of the research population, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect of the physical work environment on the quality of health services from the point of view of health service providers at the Ras al-Touba Martyrs Health Center in the city of Misrata, although the work environment is not suitable in some aspects for health service providers, and the quality of health services at the center is weak in some aspects.
