المقال يناقش الإتنو-سيكيات كجسر بين الأنثروبولوجيا وعلم النفس، مع التركيز على الحالة النفسية للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين (الحراقة) أثناء عملية الاندماج الاجتماعي. يصف التغيير العاطفي للمهاجرين خلال المراحل الأولى من النشوة التي تليها خيبة الأمل وعدم الرضا. تهدف الإتنو-سيكيات إلى فهم وعلاج الاضطرابات النفسية من خلال النظر في السياق الثقافي واستخدام اللغة والرموز الداخلية لثقافة المريض لتسهيل وتفعيل العملية العلاجية. The article explores the concept of ethnopsychiatry as a discipline that bridges anthropology and psychology, focusing on the mental well-being of immigrants, particularly «harraga» (irregular migrants), during the process of social integration. It examines how psychological disorders manifest in migrants, initially characterized by emotional euphoria, followed by disappointment and dissatisfaction. Ethnopsychiatry considers the cultural context of the individual and uses the language and symbols specific to their culture to facilitate healing and improve the effectiveness of therapeutic treatment. The discipline offers new perspectives on understanding the psychological dynamics of individuals from different cultural realities. L›article explore le concept d›étnopsychiatrie comme une discipline qui relie l›anthropologie et la psychologie, en se concentrant sur le bien-être mental des immigrés, en particulier des «harraga» (migrants irréguliers), pendant le processus d›intégration sociale. Il examine comment les troubles psychologiques se manifestent chez les migrants, d›abord caractérisés par une euphorie émotionnelle, suivie de déception et d›insatisfaction. L›étnopsychiatrie prend en compte le contexte culturel de l›individu et utilise le langage et les symboles propres à sa culture pour faciliter la guérison et améliorer l›efficacité du traitement thérapeutique. La discipline apporte de nouvelles perspectives pour comprendre les dynamiques psychologiques des individus issus de différentes réalités culturelles. |
