|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر رأس المال الفكري على جودة التعليم التقني والمهني، وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على أسلوب الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم استطلاع رأي أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المؤسسات التعليمية التقنية والمهنية. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية ذات دلالة معنوية بين رأس المال البشري والهيكلي والزبائني، وجودة التعليم التقني والمهني عند مستوى معنوية (0.05). ومن أهم التوصيات، يجب على إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية التقنية والمهنية وضع خطط واضحة لتدريب وتطوير مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
|b This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of intellectual capital on the quality of technical and vocational education. The descriptive analytical approach was used, relying on the questionnaire method as the main tool for collecting data, where the opinions of faculty members in technical and vocational educational institutions were surveyed. The study reached several results, including the existence of a positive, significant correlation between human, structural, and customer capital, and the quality of technical and vocational education at a significant level (0.05). Among the most important recommendations is that the administration of technical and vocational educational institutions must develop clear plans to train and develop the skills of faculty members.
