|a يهدف هذا البحث للكشف عن دور نظام إدارة دائرة التعلم (Blackboard) في دعم تعلم الطلبة عن بعد في جامعة الغرير في دبي واتجاهاتهم نحو هذا النظام. واستخدم البحث منهجا وصفيا تحليليا، حيث وزعت استبانة إلكترونية على (50) طالبا وطالبة، واستجاب لها منهم (38). وأظهرت نتائج التحليلات باستخدام (SPSS) أن الطلبة قيموا فوائد استخدام (Blackboard) في تعلمهم عن بعد بدرجة عالية جدا، وكذلك اتجاهاتهم نحوها جاءت أيضا عالية جدا. ومع ذلك، أظهرت النتائج أن بعض التحديات كانت بمستوى متوسط، مثل: تشتت تركيز بعض الطلبة في المنزل لعدم وجود مكان خاص لتلقي التعليم عبر دائرة التعليم Blackboard، إضافة إلى صعوبة الحصول على مصادر تعليمية باللغة العربية تدعم المقررات الدراسية عن طريق دائرة التعلم الإلكتروني، وعند تعطل نظام (Blackboard) باستمرار يصعب على الطلبة التواصل مع مسؤول النظام في الجامعة، وعدم التواصل الجيد أحيانا عبر الإنترنت من المنزل نتيجة لضعف الإنترنت. وتوصلت البحث إلى أن الطلبة يمتلكون المهارات اللازمة لاستخدام (Blackboard) بفعالية، وأن التحديات التي واجهوها كانت شخصية وليست مرتبطة بالمنصة.
|b This research aims to investigate the role of the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) in supporting remote learning for students at Al Ghurair University in Dubai and their attitudes toward this system. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, where an electronic questionnaire was distributed to 50 students, with 38 responding. The analysis results using SPSS showed that students highly rated the benefits of using Blackboard for their remote learning, and their attitudes toward it were also very positive. However, the results revealed that some challenges were rated at a moderate level, such as the difficulty for some students to concentrate at home due to the lack of a private space for online learning, as well as the difficulty in accessing Arabic-language educational resources that support course materials through the Blackboard system. Additionally, when the Blackboard system experienced frequent malfunctions, students faced challenges in communicating with the system administrator at the university, and sometimes struggled with weak internet connections at home, which hindered effective communication. The research concluded that students possess the necessary skills to use Blackboard effectively, and the challenges they faced were personal rather than related to the platform itself.
