|a استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على التعرف على الأسس النظرية لمدارس التعليم الخاص في مصر، والكشف عن واقع مدارس التعليم الخاص في مصر، والتوصل إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير مدارس التعليم الخاص في مصر، واستعان البحث الحالي بالمنهج الوصفي، حيث يقوم على جمع البيانات والمعلومات دون زيادة أو نقصان ثم تحلل تلك المعلومات ويصل إلى نتائج للظاهرة الملموسة، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: تعقيد الإجراءات في وجه من يرغب في إنشاء مدرسة خاصة، وقلة المدارس الخاصة في القرى تؤدى إلى أعباء كثيرة على الطالب من سفر وإهدار للوقت والجهد، وقلة توافر المباني المدرسية الملائمة للعملية التعليمية ولأعداد التلاميذ المتزايدة كل عام، وعدم وجود قناعات لدى بعضا من قيادات مدارس التعليم الخاص بأهمية الاعتماد، وجود قصور لدى بعض العاملين في مدارس التعليم الخاص في تأصيل ثقافة الجودة والاعتماد المؤسسي.
|b The current research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of special education schools in Egypt, reveal the reality of special education schools in Egypt, and come up with a proposed vision for developing special education schools in Egypt. The current research used the descriptive approach, as it is based on collecting data and information without adding or A decrease then analyzes this information and arrives at results regarding the tangible phenomenon. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the complexity of procedures for those who wish to establish a private school, and the scarcity of private schools in villages leads to many burdens on the student, such as travel, waste of time and effort, and lack of availability of buildings. Schools that are appropriate for the educational process and the increasing number of students every year, and the lack of convictions among some of the leaders of special education schools about the importance of accreditation, and the presence of shortcomings among some workers in special education schools in establishing a culture of quality and institutional accreditation.
