|a هدف البحث إلى التعرّف على درجة معرفة طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية (جامعة دمشق) بريادة الأعمال واتجاهاتهم نحوها. وتعرّف الفروق بين إجابات الطلبة تبعاً لمتغيرات البحث (الجنس، العمر، التخصص). واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدم أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات. وشملت عينة البحث على (50) طالباً وطالبة من (طلبة الدراسات العليا) في كلية التربية جامعة دمشق. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: 1 - وجود درجة تقدير كبيرة أمام أبعاد «معرفة طلبة الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بريادة الأعمال واتجاهاتهم نحوها»، وهي على النحو التالي وفق المتوسطات الحسابية المعرفة بريادة الأعمال (2.72)، وبنسبة مئوية (90.93%)، معوقات ريادة الأعمال (2.59)، وبنسبة مئوية (86.6%)، الاتجاه نحو ريادة الأعمال (2.47)، وبنسبة مئوية (82.57%) 2 - توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي درجات الطلبة على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغير الجنس لصالح الطالبات الإناث. 3 - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الطلبة على استبانة البحث تعزى إلى متغيري العمر والتخصص. وتوصل البحث إلى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
|b The research aimed to identify “the degree of knowledge of postgraduate students in the College of Education about entrepreneurship and their attitudes towards it.” The differences between the students’ answers are defined according to the research variables: (gender, age, specialization). The research relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and the researcher used the questionnaire tool to collect data. The research sample included (50) students (graduate students) in the Faculty of Education, Damascus University. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: 1- There is a high degree of appreciation for the following dimensions of “Knowledge of Postgraduate Students in the College of Education about entrepreneurship and their attitudes towards it”, according to the arithmetic mean: Knowledge of entrepreneurship (2.72), percentage (90.93%), Obstacles to entrepreneurship (2.59), percentage (86.6%), Attitude towards entrepreneurship (2.47). percentage (82.57%). 2- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students on the research questionnaire due to the gender variable in favor of female students. 3- There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the students on the research questionnaire due to the variables of age and specialization. The research reached a number of recommendations and proposals.
