|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة أبعاد اليقظة الاستراتيجية لدى قيادات الأقسام الأكاديمية في بعض كليات جامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع معلوماتها، وتم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مؤلفة من عمداء ووكلاء ووكيلات ورؤساء ومشرفات الأقسام الأكاديمية في بعض كليات الجامعة، وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط العام لواقع ممارسة اليقظة الاستراتيجية وأبعادها الخمسة كان بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وأن واقع ممارسة اليقظة التعليمية جاء بدرجة عالية، وواقع ممارسة (بُعد اليقظة التنظيمية، وبُعد اليقظة البيئية، وبُعد اليقظة التكنولوجية، وبُعد اليقظة التنافسية) لديهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة على الترتيب، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في تحديد واقع ممارسة أبعاد اليقظة الاستراتيجية تعزى لمتغيري (النوع الاجتماعي، الكلية)، وأوصت الدراسة بمنح المزيد من الصلاحيات لإبرام الشراكات والاتفاقيات على مستوى الكلية، وتكليف قيادات الأقسام الأكاديمية بتعيين فريق مختص مسؤول عن متابعة تطوير الموقع الإلكتروني للكلية وأقسامها بصفة دورية، واستحداث نظم لإدارة المهام تعنى بمتابعتها.
|b The study aimed to identify the reality of practicing the dimensions of strategic vigilance among academic department leaders in some colleges at King Abdulaziz University. The descriptive survey method was employed, using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. It was applied to a random sample consisting of deans, vice-deans, heads, and supervisors of academic departments in some of the university's colleges. The results showed that the overall average for practicing strategic vigilance, and its five dimensions was at a moderate level from the perspective of the study sample. Educational vigilance was rated high, while organizational, environmental, technological, and competitive vigilance were rated moderate, respectively. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the responses of the study sample regarding the reality of practicing the dimensions of strategic vigilance, attributable to the variables of gender and college. The study recommended granting more authority to form partnerships and agreements at the college level and assigning academic department leaders to appoint a specialized team responsible for regularly updating the college’s website and departments, as well as establishing task management systems to monitor progress.
