المستخلص: هدف البحث لدراسة أهداف التحول الرقمي لنظام الأرشفة واثره في سرعة إنجاز المعاملات في بلديات المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، المتمثلة في تعزيز إمكانية الوصول وتبسيط العمليات وضمان الحفاظ على المعلومات القيمة على المدى الطويل. ومن خلال رقمنة الأرشيف، يمكن للمؤسسات تحسين إمكانية البحث واسترجاع المستندات بشكل كبير، وبالتالي زيادة الكفاءة والإنتاجية بشكل عام. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يعزز هذا التحول الاستدامة البيئية من خلال تقليل استخدام الورق ومساحة التخزين. إن تبني الأرشفة الرقمية لا يلبي الاحتياجات الحالية فحسب، بل يضع أيضا الأساس للتقدم المستقبلي في إدارة المعلومات، مما يوفر فوائد عديدة عبر مختلف القطاعات والصناعات. تضمن البحث مجموعة من التساؤلات حول أهمية، معيقات، والآثار المترتبة على عملية التحول الرقمي لنظام الأرشفة للبلديات، كما وتناول البحث الحديث عن مجموعة من الأهداف تمركزت حول توضيح التساؤلات المذكورة أعلاه. أما عن حدود البحث، فكانت تدور حول موظفين البلديات والسنوات التي تم إدراج نظام التحول الرقمي للبلديات فيها، كما واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإتمام دراسته حول هذا الموضوع، واستشهد بعدد من الدراسات السابقة، وختم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والنتائج المتعلقة بالتحول الرقمي لنظام الأرشفة في البلديات.

The research objective is to study the objectives of digital transformation of the archiving system in the municipalities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which are to enhance accessibility, simplify operations, and ensure the preservation of valuable information in the long term. By digitizing archives, organizations can significantly improve the searchability and retrieval of documents, thus increasing overall efficiency and productivity. Additionally, this transformation promotes environmental sustainability by reducing the use of paper and storage space. Embracing digital archiving not only meets current needs but also lays the foundation for future advances in information management, providing numerous benefits across various sectors and industries. The research included a set of questions about the importance, obstacles, and implications of the process of digital transformation of the municipal archiving system. The research also addressed a set of objectives centered around clarifying the questions mentioned above. As for the limits of the research, it revolved around municipal employees and the years in which the municipal digital transformation system was included. The researcher also used the descriptive and analytical approach to complete his study on this topic. He cited several previous studies. The research concluded with a set of recommendations and results related to the digital transformation of the archiving system in Municipalities.
