|a هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر التدريب السحابي في تنمية الإشراف السحابي لدى المشرفات التربويات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم الشبه تجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، وتكون مجتمع البحث من مشرفات تقنية المعلومات والحاسب الآلي في الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمكة المكرمة، وتم اختيار جميع أفراد المجتمع عينة البحث وبلغ عددهن (۲۰) مشرفة تربوية. وجمعت بيانات البحث باستخدام أداة البحث وهي: بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارات استخدام الإشراف السحابي قبليا وبعديا، وأظهرت نتيجة البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي استجابات المشرفات التربويات في القياس القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء المهارات استخدام الإشراف السحابي على جميع المهارات وعلى الدرجة الكلية لبطاقة الملاحظة ولصالح التطبيق البعدي مما يشير إلى أثر التدريب السحابي في تنمية مهارات الإشراف السحابي لدى المشرفات التربويات. وأوصى البحث بضرورة التوجه نحو توظيف تطبيقات التدريب السحابي في دعم العملية الإشرافية، وتوفير أدلة لكيفية استخدام وتوظيف تطبيقات التدريب السحابي في العملية الإشرافية، وتعميم نمط الإشراف السحابي على كافة إدارات التعليم.
|b The research aimed to identify the impact of cloud training in developing cloud supervision among female educational supervisors. To achieve the objectives of the study, an experimental approach with a quasi-experimental design was used for one group. The research community consisted of IT and computer supervisors in the General Administration of Education in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and all individuals were selected. The community sample consisted of (20) educational supervisors. The research data was collected using the research tool: the performance observation card for pre- and post-cloud supervision skills. The results of the research showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average responses of educational supervisors in the pre- and post-measurement of the performance observation card for the skills of using cloud supervision for all skills and on the total score of the observation card and in favor of the post-application, which indicates the effect of cloud training in developing skills. The research recommended the need to move towards employing cloud training applications to support the supervisory process, provide evidence on how to use and employ cloud training applications in the supervisory process, and generalize the cloud supervision pattern to all education departments.
