تناولت الدراسة (أثر تكنولوجيا التعليم في إتقان اللغة العربية)، تكمن أهمية الدراسة في تشجيع معلم ومدرس اللغة العربية على استثمار الوسائل العلمية والتقنيات الحديثة في الأنشطة الصفية والأنشطة اللاصفية والقاعات الدراسية، وحث الطالب على التعود عليها، زيادة في سعة انتشار اللغة العربية وتسهيلا لفهم قواعدها، وجعلها من اللغات المحببة لدى الطلاب سواء على المستوى المدرسي أو الجامعي. زيادة وعي الأساتذة والطلاب في أهمية هذه التقنيات كونها أصبحت لغة العصر في إيصال أي فكرة أو مبدأ يرغب مجتمع ما في إيصال محتوى معين لأفراد ذلك المجتمع مواكبة صرح التطور العالمي سواء على مستوى التقنيات المعلوماتية أو على مستوى الأجهزة التقنية الحديثة أسوة بباقي لغات العالم. ويتلخص الهدف من الدراسة في إبراز أهمية التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية وجعلها أساسا مهما لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في تعليم العربية، وجزء لا يتجزأ من الآليات المتبعة في تعليم العربية ونموذجا يحتذى في طرائق تدريسها، وبالتالي التعرف على الوسائل التقنية التي تساعد في تطوير إتقان اللغة العربية ومدى تأثير هذه التقنيات على الحلقة التعليمية وطرق توظيف التقنيات الحديثة بالشكل الذي يخدم تعليم اللغة العربية. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس: ما هو أثر تكنولوجيا التعليم في تطوير إتقان اللغة العربية؟ ومنه تتفرع الأسئلة: كيف تؤثر تكنولوجيا التعليم في إتقان اللغة العربية؟ ما هي الوسائل التقنية التي تساعد في إتقان اللغة العربية؟ ما هو مدى تأثير هذه التقنيات على الحلقة التعليمية وكيفية استثمارها الاستثمار الأمثل؟ كيف يمكن توظيف هذه التقنيات بالشكل الصحيح والسليم الذي يخدم تعليم اللغة العربية؟. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي. توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها: إن تطوير تعليم وإتقان اللغة العربية، يتطلب تجهيز الصروح التعليمية بتقنيات التعليم الحديثة وبخاصة الحاسب الآلي وأجهزة الاتصالات لاستخدامها في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم. اعتماد تقنيات التعليم الحديثة كأساس في التعليم وليس كوسيط. وقدمت الدراسة توصيات من أهمها: أهمية الوسائل والتقنيات الحديثة وضرورة تأمينها في المدارس وتيسير استعمالها ونقلها دون إعاقة. تدريب المعلمين على استخدام التقنيات ووسائل الاتصال الحديثة قبل وأثناء الخدمة لتوظيفها في عمليتي التعلم والتعليم.
The study dealt with (the impact of educational technology on mastering the Arabic language), the importance of the study lies in encouraging the teacher and teacher of the Arabic language to invest scientific means and modern technologies in classroom activities, extra-curricular activities and classrooms, and urging the student to get used to it, in order to increase the spread of the Arabic language and facilitate understanding of its grammar And make it one of the favorite languages among students, whether at the school or university level. Increasing the awareness of teachers and students about the importance of these technologies, as they have become the language of the times in communicating any idea or principle that a community wants to deliver a specific content to the members of that community. Keeping pace with the edifice of global development, whether at the level of information technology or At the level of modern technical devices, similar to the rest of the world’s languages. The aim of the study is to highlight the importance of modern educational technologies in the field of teaching the Arabic language and to make it an important and indispensable basis in teaching Arabic, and an integral part of the mechanisms used in teaching Arabic and a model to follow in teaching methods, and thus identify the technical means that help in developing Proficiency in the Arabic language and the extent of the impact of these technologies on the educational circle and methods of employing modern technologies in a manner that serves the teaching of the Arabic language. The problem of the study was represented in the main question: What is the impact of educational technology on the development of proficiency in the Arabic language? Questions arise from it: How does education technology affect Arabic language proficiency? What are the technical means that help in mastering the Arabic language? What is the impact of these technologies on the educational circle and how to invest them optimally? How can these techniques be employed in the correct and proper manner that serves the teaching of the Arabic language? The study followed the inductive descriptive approach. The study reached several results, including: The development of teaching and mastering the Arabic language requires equipping educational edifices with modern educational technologies, especially computers and communication devices, to be used in the teaching and learning processes. Adopting modern educational technologies as a basis in education and not as an intermediary. The study presented recommendations, the most important of which are: the importance of modern means and technologies and the necessity of securing them in schools and facilitating their use and transfer without hindrance. Training teachers to use modern technologies and means of communication before and during service to employ them in the learning and teaching processes.
