المستخلص: تتمحور مشكلة البحث حول محاولة إيجاد بديل للتعليم الحضوري. وعلى هذا الأساس تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى الوقوف على مدى إمكانية تحقيق الإقلاع الإلكتروني وتخطي نمط التعليم التقليدي في الجامعة الجزائرية، وهذا من خلال التكوين والمرافقة البيداغوجية عن بعد للأساتذة حديثي التوظيف -بجامعة قسنطينة- بتمكينهم من توظيف تكنولوجيات التعليم الإلكتروني والتعليم عن بعد كآلية للتعلم من جهة، وتفعيل التواصل عن بعد من جهة ثانية. وقد كان التكوين عن بعد -الذي كنت طرفا فيه- تطبيقيا في كل مراحله. وقد أسفرت نتائج هذا التكوين عن إمكانية، بل وضرورة ولوج الأسرة الجامعية عالم الرقمنة والتعليم عن بعد، على الخصوص بعد الوباء الذي حل بالإنسان عبر أرجاء المعمورة، كل هذا من أجل تهيئة أرضية اللقاء المعرفي بين الطالب والأستاذ، وربحا للوقت والجهد.

The research problem revolves around trying to find an alternative to in-person education. On this basis, this intervention aims to determine the extent to which it is possible to achieve electronic take-off and overcome the traditional education pattern in the Algerian university, and this is through training and remote pedagogical accompaniment for newly employed professors, by enabling them to employ e-learning and distance education technologies as a mechanism for learning on the one hand, and activating the To communicate remotely on the other hand. The composition was applied. The results of this training have resulted in the possibility, and even the necessity, of the university family entering the world of distance education, all of this in order to prepare the cognitive encounter between the student and the professor, and as a result, save time and effort, and reduce the burdens on the university.

Le but de cette recherche est de trouver une alternative à l'enseignement traditionnel à l'université algérienne, et ce à travers le modèle de formation à distance et d'accompagnement pédagogique des professeurs nouvellement embauchés, en leur permettant d'utiliser les technologies d'apprentissage en ligne et d'enseignement à distance. La formation à distance -à laquelle j'ai participé- a été appliquée à toutes ses étapes. Cette formation a démontré la possibilité et la nécessité de la numérisation et de l'enseignement à distance, surtout après l'épidémie qui a frappé le monde entier. Tout cela dans le but de préparer le terrain pour la rencontre cognitive entre l'étudiant et le professeur, économisant ainsi du temps et des efforts., et réduire le fardeau de l'université.
