|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير ممارسات التنمية المستدامة (البعد البيئي، البعد الاقتصادي، البعد الاجتماعي) في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية المستدامة للشركات الصناعية. اعتمد على المنهج الوصفي لتوصيف متغيرات البحث وتحليلها اعتماداً على البيانات الأولية التي تم جمعها، حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع استبانة على العاملين في الشركة العامة للصناعات الزجاجية والخزفية السورية لجمع البيانات الأولية اللازمة، ومن أجل اختبار الفرضيات قام الباحث بتفريغ البيانات الأولية في قاعدة بيانات تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج SPSS إصدار /21/. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه: كانت قيمة معامل ارتباط بيرسون بين المتغير التابع والمتغيرات المستقلة قيمة جيدة بقيمة معامل تحديد (0.753) وقيمة معامل التحديد المعدل (0.741) أي المتغيرات المستقلة تفسر 74.1% من التباين الحاصل في الميزة التنافسية المستدامة، وأظهرت نتائج تحليل أنوفا لاختبار معنوية الانحدار أن قيمة (0.00) sig وهي أصغر 0.01.
|b The study aimed to determine the impact of sustainable development practices (environmental dimension, economic dimension, social dimension) in enhancing the sustainable competitive advantage of industrial companies. The descriptive approach was used to describe and analyze the research variables based on the primary data that was collected, as the researcher distributed a questionnaire to employees of the General Company for Glass and Ceramic Industries in Syria to collect the necessary primary data, and in order to test the hypotheses, the researcher entered the primary data into a database that was analyzed using SPSS version /21/. The study concluded that: The value of the Pearson correlation coefficient between the dependent variable and the independent variables was a good value with a coefficient of determination value (0.753) and a modified coefficient of determination value (0.741), meaning that the independent variables explain 74.1% of the variance in the sustainable competitive advantage, and the results of the ANOVA analysis to test the significance of the regression showed that the value of sig (0.00) is less than 0.01...
