المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أدوار المدرسة في المرحلة الثانوية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طلبتها تحقيقا للمواطنة العالمية، وللوصول إلى نتائج الدراسة؛ اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال إعداد وتطبيق أداة الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من طلاب وطالبات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية والأهلية في مدينة الرياض، ومحافظة الخرج، ومحافظة شقراء، ومحافظة المجمعة؛ حيث بلغ عدد العينة (٣٩٦) طالبا وطالبة، وبعد استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية اللازمة لإظهار نتائج الدراسة، وأهمها معاملات ارتباط بيرسون لمعرفة صدق الاتساق الداخلي لأداة الدراسة، ومعاملات ألفا كرونباخ لثبات الأداة، واستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية لعبارات كل محور من محاور أداة الدراسة، وتحليل التباين الأحادي "(One Way ANOVA)، للتعرف على مدى وجود فروق إحصائية، توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن المدرسة الثانوية تقوم بدور كبير جدا في تنمية قيم الانتماء والولاء لطلبتها من وجهة نظرهم، وأن المدرسة الثانوية تقوم بدور كبير في تنمية القيم الاجتماعية لطلبتها من وجهة نظرهم، وأن المدرسة الثانوية تقوم بدور كبير جدا في تنمية القيم الاقتصادية لطلبتها من وجهة نظرهم، وأن المدرسة الثانوية تقوم بدور كبير جدا في تنمية القيم الثقافية لطلبتها من وجهة نظرهم، كذلك لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور المدرسة الثانوية في تنمية القيم الوطنية تحقيقا للمواطنة العالمية تعزى لإدارة التعليم أو لنوع المدرسة أو لمتغير الجنس، كما أوصت الدراسة بأهمية التركيز على الموضوعات التي تشجع الطلاب وتحثهم على حب الوطن والدفاع عنه، وتكثيف الاهتمام بتنظيم الاحتفالات المرتبطة بالمناسبات الوطنية والتذكير خلالها بمنجزات الوطن.

The study aimed to know the role of secondary school in developing the values of citizenship among its students in order to achieve global citizenship. The study used the descriptive survey method, by applying the study tool, the questionnaire, to a simple random sample of secondary school students in public and private schools in the city of Riyadh, Al-Kharj Governorate, and Shaqra Governorate. And Al Majmaah Governorate, where the sample number reached (396) male and female students, After using the necessary statistical methods to show the results of the study, the most important of which are Pearson correlation coefficients to determine the validity of the internal consistency of the study tool, Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the reliability of the tool, extracting arithmetic means and standard deviations for the expressions of each axis of the study tool, and "One Way ANOVA," To determine the extent of statistical differences, The results showed that the secondary school plays a very major role in developing the values of belonging and loyalty for its students from their point of view, as the average of their responses regarding the role of the secondary school in developing the values of belonging and loyalty for its students from their point of view was (3.56 out of 4.00), and that the secondary school plays a major role in developing The social values of its students from their point of view, as the average of their responses regarding the role of the secondary school in developing the social values of its students from their point of view was (3.24 out of 4.00), And that the secondary school plays a very major role in developing the economic values of its students from their point of view, as the average of their responses to the role of the secondary school in developing the economic values of its students from their point of view was (3.30 out of 4.00), and that the secondary school plays a very major role in developing the cultural values of its students From their point of view, the average of their responses regarding the role of the secondary school in developing the cultural values of its students from their point of view was (3.29 out of 4.00), There are also no statistically significant differences in the role of secondary school in developing national values in order to achieve global citizenship due to the education department, the type of school, or the gender variable. The study recommended the importance of focusing on topics that encourage students and urge them to love and defend the homeland, intensifying interest in organizing celebrations related to national occasions and reminding them of the nation's achievements.
