المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the practices of the principals of the second cycle of basic education in Ismailia governorate for school administrative transparency from the point of view of teachers, in the following areas: (school administrative communication, participation and decision-making, evaluation of performance and administrative accounting school), the problem of the study was a key question is what is the practice of the principals of the second cycle of basic education in Ismailia governorate for administrative transparency from the point of view of teachers, a representative sample was selected and available to the original community of 370 teachers. The most important field results were: 1- The level of administrative transparency of school principals in the second cycle of basic education in Ismailia governorate from the point of view of teachers for all areas of study came within the middle level. 2- The field of school administrative communication was the highest in terms of practice with an average practice level, with an average calculation of (2.32) and a standard deviation of (0.75). 3- The area of participation and decision-making came in second place in terms of the practice of administrative transparency, with an average level of practice, with an average calculation of (2.26) and a standard deviation of (0.35). 4- The field of performance evaluation and school management accounting ranked last in terms of the practice of administrative transparency, with an average level of practice, with an average calculation of (1.99) and a standard deviation of (0.23).
