المستخلص: تتميز الشريعة الإسلامية الغراء في خصائصها بوجود الجزاء في الدنيا والآخرة، ويستلزم تحقيق ذلك بتوافر مسؤولية مادية محسوسة يتحملها الفرد ليكون الجزاء من جنس العمل، وتتنوع هذه المسؤولية تبعا لاعتبارات شتى، فقد تكون اجتماعية، أو أخلاقية، أو تربوية أو سياسية أو غير ذلك، ومن منطلق تحمل المسؤولية وأهمية البحث العلمي وربطه بالواقع الاجتماعي، انطلق البحث الحالي بهدف التعرف على مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأنواعها الواردة في الكتاب والسنة النبوية، وكذلك التعرف على مسؤولية الفرد المسلم اتجاه الله سبحانه وتعالي، واتجاه مجتمعه، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك بالرجوع إلى الأدبيات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، وفي ضوء ذلك توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: -أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الفقه الإسلامي مطلب شرعي، وخلق إسلامي دعا إليه ديننا الحنيف قبل كل الأفكار والنظم المعاصرة، ويجب على كل مسلم القيام بهذه المسؤولية امتثالا لأوامر الله سبحانه وتعالي، وأوامر سنه نبيه محمد عليه الصلاة والسلام. -تتميز المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الإسلام بنظرة شمولية، فهي لا تركز على النواحي المادية فقط كما هو الحال بالنسبة للأنظمة المادية الوضعية، إنما تشمل سائر المناحي الأدبية والروحية من حب وتعاطف وأمر بالمعروف ونهي عن المنكر. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث بما يلي: -ضرورة الاهتمام بالمواضيع القرآنية ذات الطابع الاجتماعي التي لها الأثر البارز والكبير لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة لكل المشاكل والقضايا الاجتماعية. -حث الفقه الإسلامي على أداء المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ونظم وكيفية هذا الأداء من خلال أساليب محددة بدقة.

The Islamic Sharia is characterized by the glue in its characteristics of the existence of the penalty in this world and the Hereafter, and this requires the availability of tangible material responsibility borne by the individual so that the penalty is of the type of work, and this responsibility varies according to various considerations, it may be social, moral, educational, political or otherwise, and from From the standpoint of assuming responsibility and the importance of scientific research and its connection to social reality, the current research was launched with the aim of identifying the concept of social responsibility and its types contained in the book and the Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as identifying the responsibility of the Muslim individual towards God Almighty, and towards his society. By referring to the literature related to the subject of the research, and in light of that, the research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: -Social responsibility in Islamic jurisprudence is a legitimate demand and an Islamic morality that our true religion called for before all contemporary ideas and systems. -Social responsibility in Islam is characterized by a comprehensive view, as it does not focus on material aspects only, as is the case with positive material systems, but rather includes all moral and spiritual aspects such as love, sympathy, enjoining good and forbidding evil. In light of these results, the researcher recommended the following; -The need to pay attention to Quranic topics of a social nature that have a significant impact on finding appropriate solutions to all problems and social issues, and to remove jurisprudence and ijtihad from the shell of naive understanding of Islamic issues. -Islamic jurisprudence urged the performance of social responsibility, and the systems and methods of this performance through strictly defined methods.
