|a هدفت الدراسة لبيان الدور الوسيط للتكنولوجيا في العلاقة بين الإبداع الإداري والميزة التنافسية بالجهاز المصرفي بمحلية دنقلا، حيث تمحورت مشكلة الدراسة في ضعف مستوى تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجهاز والذي قد يكون مرده غياب الاهتمام بالتكنولوجيا والإبداع الإداري، حيث تم وضع ثلاثة فرضيات وتصميم استبانة، وبعد جمع وتحليل البيانات من المبحوثين، توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة دالة إحصائياً بين الإبداع الإداري والميزة التنافسية بمعامل ارتباط متعدد (0.741). وتتوسط التكنولوجيا العلاقة بين الإبداع الإداري والميزة التنافسية بتأثير غير مباشر (0.484). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية القيادة والعاملين بأهمية الإبداع الإداري والتكنولوجيا والميزة التنافسية بالجهاز.
|b The study aimed to investigate the mediating role of Technology in relationship between managerial innovation and competitive advantage at Banking System in Dongola Locality. The problem of the study focuses on decrease of achieving competitive advantage level at Banking System because of absent importance of Technology and managerial innovation. Three hypotheses were developed and a questionnaire was designed. After data collection and analysis from the respondents, the study reached up to a significant relationship between managerial innovation and competitive advantage with multiple correlation of (0.741) and Technology mediates relationship between managerial innovation and competitive advantage with an indirect effect of (0.484). The study recommended there is a need to increase leadership & Employees awareness in importance of managerial innovation, technology & competitive advantage at Banking System in Dongola Locality.
