|a يهدف البحث إلى تحسين مستوي الأداء المهاري من خلال تنمية مؤشر اللياقة البدنية باستخدام جمباز الموانع وتدريبات التوافق الحركي والقوة المميزة بالسرعة الناشئ كرة اليد وطبقت هذه الدراسة على (١٤) من ناشئ كرة اليد بواقع ۱۰۰% من إجمالي مجتمع البحث موسم (٢٠٢٤م) لمدة (١٢) أسبوع بواقع ثلاث وحدات تدريبية في الأسبوع وكانت أهم النتائج أن استخدام تدريبات التوافق الحركي والقوة المميزة بالسرعة باستخدام جمباز الموانع لها تأثيرا إيجابيا على تنمية مؤشر اللياقة البدنية وتحسين مستوي الأداء المهاري لدى ناشئ كرة اليد وهذا واضح من خلال النسبة المئوية.
|b The research aims to identify the effect of motor coordination and speed training using steeplechase gymnastics to develop the physical fitness index to improve the level of skill performance among handball players. This study was applied to (14) handball players, representing 100% of the total research population for the season (2023/2024). For a period of (12) weeks, with three training units per week, the most important results were that the use of motor coordination and strength exercises characterized by speed using steeplechase gymnastics has a positive impact on the development of the physical fitness index to improve the level of skill performance among handball players, and this is clear through the percentage.
