المستخلص: تتجه الشركات حاليا نحو حماية البيئة والتوجه الأخضر، دعما لرؤية الدولة 2030 لحماية البيئة بشكل أكبر ويأتي هذا نتيجة للوعي المتزايد بأضرار التلوث الناتج عن عمليات هذه الشركات وأنشطتها وهذا الاتجاه يفرض على الشركات ضرورة التكيف معه. الهدف الرئيسي للبحث: اختبار درجة تأثير اليقظة الاستراتيجية لدي العاملين بمصنع أسمنت النهضة كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين الرشاقة الخضراء والتنافسية المستدامة، استهدف البحث العاملين بمصنع أسمنت النهضة بمحافظة قنا بجنوب الصعيد، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية بسيطة من المصنع بلغت 207 مفردة. تم اختبار الفروض باستخدام تحليل إحصائي (SPSS + AMOS) وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) لتحديد العلاقات بين المتغيرات. أهم النتائج: الرشاقة الخضراء تؤثر إيجابيا ومعنويا على (التنافسية المستدامة، واليقظة الاستراتيجية) كما أن اليقظة الاستراتيجية تؤثر كمتغير وسيط تداخلي بشكل جزئي على العلاقة بين الرشاقة الخضراء والتنافسية المستدامة. أهم التوصيات: إزالة العقبات عبر توفير القيادة التنظيمية الداعمة للأهداف البيئية، وإرساء الهياكل المناسبة، وتعزيز ثقافة محفزة للسلوكيات المسؤولة بيئيا، والاستثمار في العنصر البشري والتكنولوجي لتحقيق المرونة والريادة البيئية اللازمة لضمان تنافسية المصنع المستدامة.

Companies are currently moving towards environmental protection and a green orientation, in support of the state's 2030 vision for greater environmental protection. This comes as a result of the growing awareness of the harms of pollution generated by the operations and activities of these companies. This trend imposes on companies the necessity to adapt to it. The main objective of the research is to measure and analyze the impact of strategic vigilance among the workers of the Nahda Cement Factory as an intermediate variable in the relationship between green agility and sustainable competitiveness. The research targeted the workers of the Nahda Cement Factory in Qena Governorate, in southern Upper Egypt. A simple random sample of 207 individuals was taken from the factory. The hypotheses were tested using statistical analysis (SPSS + AMOS) to determine the relationships between the variables. The most important results: Green agility has a positive and significant impact on both strategic vigilance and sustainable competitiveness. Strategic vigilance also acts as an intermediary variable on the relationship between green agility and sustainable competitiveness. The most important recommendations: Removing obstacles by providing organizational leadership that supports environmental goals, establishing appropriate structures, enhancing a culture that encourages environmentally responsible behaviors, and investing in the necessary human and technological resources, in order to achieve the flexibility and environmental leadership necessary to ensure the factory's sustainable competitiveness.
