تحظى التربية الرياضية في الوقت الحالي باهتمام ودعم غير مسبوق من الدولة، لذلك أصبحت هناك ضرورة ملحة إلى معلم متطور بشكل مستمر ليواكب مستجدات العصر، ومن خلال عمل الباحثون في مجال تدريس التربية الرياضية والاطلاع على نتائج التحليل للدراسات المرجعية في حدود علم الباحث إلى ندرة الاهتمام البحثي بمجال الكفايات المهنية بشكل عام والتربية الرياضية بشكل خاص في ضوء المستجدات والمحكات الدولية في التربية، لذا يسعى الباحثون أهمية التعرف على كفايات معلم التربية الرياضية في ضوء المستجدات الرقمية أثناء قيامه بعمله وأداء مهامه خلال العملية التعليمية لمنهج التربية الرياضية ومسؤوليته الاجتماعية في مواجهة التحديات المؤثرة على الطلاب ومشاركتهم في دروس التربية الرياضية، ويهدف البحث إلى بناء قائمة كفايات معلم التربية الرياضية في ضوء المستجدات الرقمية. اشتمل مجتمع البحث على الخبراء في مجال برامج إعداد معلم التربية الرياضية وأيضا معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية ببعض المحافظات بجمهورية مصر العربية، وأختار الباحثون عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من بعض كليات التربية الرياضية بالمحافظات التالية (القاهرة- الجيزة -بنى سويف- أسيوط) بلغ حجم العينة الأساسية (٦٠). جاءت استنتاجات البحث تؤكد أن هناك قصور الموارد والإنفاق على التعليم وتمويله بصفة عامة وما يخص المعلم من حيث إعداده، وتدريبه، وتحسين مستواه الاجتماعي والمادي. وتمسك بعض المعلمين بالأساليب التقليدية، والتي لا تواكب متطلبات الثورة التكنولوجية الرقمية. ومن أهم التوصيات عقد الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين التي من شأنها تعنى في إعدادهم عمليا وامتلاكهم الكفايات اللازمة لتدريس مناهج التربية الرياضية. التركيز على الكفايات التعليمية في جميع المجالات ومن خلال منهاج التربية الرياضية الذي يدرسه المعلم.
Physical education is currently receiving unprecedented attention and support from the state. Therefore, there has become an urgent necessity for a constantly developing teacher to keep pace with the developments of the times, and through the work of researchers in the field of teaching physical education and access to the results of analysis of reference studies within the limits of the researcher's knowledge, due to the scarcity of research interest. In the field of professional competencies in general and physical education in particular in light of developments and international standards in education, researchers therefore seek the importance of identifying the competencies of the physical education teacher in light of digital developments while carrying out his work and performing his duties during the educational process. The research aims to build a list of competencies of the physical education teacher. In light of digital developments, The research community included experts in the field of physical education teacher preparation programs, as well as male and female physical education teachers in some governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researchers chose the research sample intentionally from some physical education colleges in the following governorates (Cairo- Giza- Beni Suef- Assiut). The size of the basic sample was (60). The conclusions of the research confirmed that there is a lack of resources and spending on education and its financing in general, and with regard to the teacher in terms of his preparation and training.
