|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف مبادرة مشرف المدير في مدارس الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وإمكانية الإفادة منها بسلطنة عمان، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت تحليل الوثائق في جمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مبادرة مشرف المدير في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ركزت على خمسة مجالات رئيسة؛ الأول مراجعة التوصيف الوظيفي لمشرفي المديرين للتركيز على القيادة التعليمية، والثاني تقليص عدد المديرين الذين يتولى مسؤوليتهم مشرفوهم؛ والثالث تدريب المشرفين وتطوير قدراتهم لدعم مديري المدارس، والرابع تطوير أنظمة لتحديد وتدريب المشرفين الجدد، والخامس تعزيز هياكل المكتب المركزي للتعليم في المناطق التعليمية لدعم واستدامة التغييرات في دور مشرفي المديرين. وأوصت الدراسة بقيام وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان ببناء معايير مهنية لمشرفي الإدارة المدرسية، وتعديل توصيفهم الوظيفي بحيث يتضمن دعم مديري المدارس في مجال القيادة التعليمية، ومشاركة الجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية والتدريبية والبحثية في المجتمع المحلي مع المعهد التخصصي للتدريب المهني للمعلمين في برامج إعداد وتأهيل مديري المدارس وتنميتهم المهنية، وتقليل عدد مديري المدارس الذين يشرف عليهم مشرفو الإدارة المدرسية لتوفير لهم الوقت الكافي للقيام بواجباتهم الوظيفية بجودة وتميز.
|b The current study aimed to identify the Principal Supervisor Initiative in the United States of America schools and the possibility of benefiting from it in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the descriptive method, and the analysis of documents was used in collecting data and information. The results of the study concluded that the Principal's supervisor initiative in the United States of America focused on five main areas; The first is Revising the principal supervisors' job description to focus on instructional leadership; the second is Reducing principal supervisors' span of control; the third is Training supervisors and developing their capacity to support principals; The fourth is Developing systems to identify and train new supervisors, and the fifth is Strengthening central office structures in school districts to support and sustain changes in the principal supervisors' role.. The study recommended that the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman build professional standards for school Management supervisors, and amend their job descriptions to include support for school principals in the field of Instructional leadership. And the participation of universities and educational, training and research institutions in the local community with the Specialized Institute for Vocational Training for Teachers in the programs for preparing and qualifying school principals and their professional development, and reducing the number of school evaluators who are supervised by school administration supervisors to provide them with sufficient time to carry out their job duties with quality and excellence.
