استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية بإدارة العلاقات العامة بالأندية الرياضية، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب التحليلي لملائمته لتحقيق هدف البحث وطبيعة إجراءاته على عينة البحث والتي بلغت (٢٤٥) فردًا من المعنين بالعلاقات العامة الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية، من مسئولي العلاقات العامة ممن يتوافر لديهم شرط مرور (٥) سنوات على الأقل في مجال العمل بمهنة العلاقات العامة بالمجال الرياضي، وقد بلغ قوام عينة البحث المستخدمة في المعاملات العلمية (العينة الاستطلاعية) (٥٠) فردًا وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (20.41%) فردًا من إجمالي المجتمع الأصلي ومن خارج عينة البحث الأساسية، في حين بلغ قوام عينة البحث الأساسية (١٩٥) فردًا وبنسبة مئوية بلغت (79.59%)، واعتمد الباحث على المقياس المقترح إعداد الباحث كوسيلة لجمع البيانات الخاصة بهذه الدراسة، وكان من أهم نتائجها التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية بإدارة العلاقات العامة بالأندية الرياضية، تحقق مستوى مرتفع جدا لجودة الحياة الوظيفة بإدارة العلاقات العامة بالنادي الرياضي.
The study aimed to identify the level of quality of work life in the public relations department of sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive approach with the analytical method for its suitability to achieve the research objective and the nature of its procedures on the research sample, which amounted to (245) individuals concerned with sports public relations in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The research sample was selected intentionally, from public relations officials who have the condition of passing at least (5) years in the field of work in the public relations profession in the sports field. The sample used in scientific transactions (the survey sample) amounted to (50) individuals, with a percentage of (20.41%) individuals from the total original community and from outside the basic research sample, while the sample size of the basic research amounted to (195) individuals, with a percentage of (79.59%). The researcher relied on the proposed scale (prepared by the researcher) as a means of collecting data for this study. One of its most important results was identifying the level of quality of work life in the public relations department of sports clubs. A very high level of quality of work life was achieved in the public relations department of the sports club.
