المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى: معرفة درجة ممارسة جودة التعليم الإلكتروني في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاصة، كما يهدف إلى معرفة الفروق في درجة ممارسة جودة التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة التي تعزى لمتغيرات ذات تأثير في تحقيق مفهوم جودة التعليم الإلكتروني، وهي (اللقب العلمي) و(والنوع الاجتماعي) و(تخصص الكلية) و(سنوات الخبرة التدريسية). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اطلع الباحثان على الأدبيات، والدراسات السابقة، وقد حدد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي للبحث، وقام الباحثان بإجراء دراسة استطلاعية مكونة من عدد من الأسئلة لعدد من التدريسيين في الجامعة ضمن الاستبانة ذات النوع المفتوح، والمغلق، وتم تحليل إجابات أفراد العينة الاستطلاعية، مما ساهم في رفد، وبناء أداة البحث. إذ تم بناء، وتصميم أداة البحث مكونة أربع مجالات رئيسية هي: (نوعية المخرجات، ضمان جودة البرامج التدريسية والتدريبية، مشاريع وبحوث التخرج، المؤتمرات، والندوات، والدورات التي تقدمها لخدمة المجتمع) يتكون من (28) لكل مجال (7) فقرات ولها ثلاث بدائل (أتفق، لا أتفق، محايد) ولكل بديل ثلاث أوزان (3، 2، 1) وتبلغ الدرجة الكلية للمقياس (84) والدرجة الصغرى (28) والوسط الفرضي (56). وقد حدد الباحثان مجتمع البحث من الكليات الخاصة في محافظات بغداد ديالى، وكركوك، والبصرة من تدريسي، وطلبة التعليم الجامعي الخاص، وبلغ مجموع عينة البحث (120) من التدريسيين والطلبة، واستخرج الباحثان الخصائص السيكومترية للبحث (الصدق والثبات)، إذ تحقق الصدق الظاهري من خلال عرض الأداة على عدد من المحكمين. وتم استخراج الصدق الظاهري من خلال استخدام أسلوب القوة التميزية لفقرات المقياس، واستخدام أسلوب علاقة الفقرة بالمجموع الكلي، وتم استخراج الثبات وفق طريقة ألفا كرونباخ، وطريقة إعادة الاختبار، واستخدم الباحثان برنامج (SPSS) في تحليل إجابات العينة إحصائيا وتم اختيار الاختبارات الإحصائية التي تتناسب وأهداف البحث. وأظهرت النتائج أن: درجة ممارسة جودة التعليم الإلكتروني لأساتذة الجامعة في الجامعات الخاصة منخفض، كما أظهرت النتائج: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير: (اللقب العلمي) ولصالح مجموعة: (الألقاب العلمية) أي أن من هم بدرجة أستاذ، وأستاذ مساعد يتمتعون بمستويات من جودة التعليم الإلكتروني. كما أظهرت النتائج: وجود فروق في متغير: (النوع الاجتماعي) ولصالح (التدريسين) في درجة ممارستهم لجودة التعليم الإلكتروني مقارنة (بالتدريسيات) كما أظهرت النتائج: عدم وجود فروق في متغير: (تخصص الكلية، إنسانية، وعلمية) في درجة ممارسة جودة التعليم الإلكتروني لتدريسيين، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة في متغير: (سنوات الخبرة) ولصالح ممن لديهم سنوات خبرة من (6-12) في تحقيق مستوى جيد من تحقيق ضمان الجودة، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، وضع الباحثان عدد من التوصيات الإجرائية، وعدد من المقترحات لدراسات مستقلة.

The research aims to: Know the degree of quality e-learning practice in private higher education institutions, and it also aims to find out the differences in the degree of e-learning quality practice at the university that are attributed to variables that have an impact on achieving the concept of e-learning quality, namely (academic title) and (gender) And (college major) and (years of teaching experience). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers looked at the literature and previous studies, and the researchers defined the descriptive approach to the research. In RVD, build a search tool. The research tool was constructed and designed consisting of four main areas: (quality of outputs, quality assurance of teaching and training programs, graduation projects and research, conferences, seminars, and courses that it provides for community service) consisting of (28) for each field (7) paragraphs and has three Substitutes (agree, disagree, neutral) and each alternative has three weights (3, 2, 1) and the total score of the scale is (84) , the minimum score (28) and the hypothetical mean (56). The researchers identified the research community from the private colleges in the governorates of Baghdad, Diyala, Kirkuk, and Basra from my teachers, and students of private university education, and the total sample of the research was (120) of the teachers and students, and the two researchers extracted the psychometric characteristics of the research (truth and consistency) , as the apparent validity of During the presentation of the tool to a number of arbitrators. The apparent validity was extracted through the use of the discriminatory strength method for the scale paragraphs, and the use of the paragraph-to-total relationship method, and the stability was extracted according to the Alpha Cronbach method and the re-test method, and the researchers used the (SPSS) program in analyzing the sample answers statistically and the statistical tests that fit the research objectives were chosen.. The results showed that: The degree of practicing the quality of e-learning for university professors in private universities is low, and the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the variable: (scientific title) and in favor of a group: (scientific titles) , meaning that those with the rank of professor and assistant professor have a level of E-learning quality. The results also showed: There are differences in the variable: (gender) and for the benefit of the teachers in the degree of their practice of the quality of e-learning compared to the female teachers, and the results also showed: There are no differences in the variable: (college specialization, humanitarian, and scientific) in the degree of practicing the quality of e-learning for teachers The results showed that there are significant differences in the variable: (years of experience) in favor of those with (6-12) years of experience in achieving a good level of achieving quality assurance, and in light of the research results, the researchers put a number of procedural recommendations and a number of proposals for studies Futuristic.
